⭐️ EASY Broccoli Cheese Rice Casserole

2 lbs boneless chicken thighs
1/2 of a large onion
5 to 6 scallions
8 cloves of garlic
1/4 cup soy sauce
1/2 of a Korean pear
1/4 piece of a medium onion
2 cloves of garlic
2 Tbsp brown sugar
1 tsp fresh ginger paste
2 tsp gochugaru (Korean red chili flakes)
2 tsp sesame oil
NOTE: Marinate chicken overnight for best results
